A few days ago I read a blog in MSN Space written by a senior citizen. He is 83 and is leading a very busy and productive life at his age. His wife of 60 years or so is equally energetic though she has lost her sight. I was fascinated by his lifestyle and I wish I had half his energy, though I am only 66 years old!!

My parents are both in their late 50's. They always tell me they still don't know what they want to do when they grow up. It's such an awesome thing to see. My neighbour is in her early 90's and still goes out everyday to tend her garden. She even mow's her own lawn still. Let's intend to be exactly like this when we see our senior years!
